The living and dining area is designed for comfort, featuring a small round table that seats four, along with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Relax on the sofa, which includes a sleeper sofa, or unwind in the love seat by the wood-burning fireplace. A flat-screen TV mounted above the mantle provides entertainment, while a small desk area next to the fireplace offers a convenient workspace.

The kitchen is modestly stocked for your convenience, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

The condo includes two full bathrooms—one with a shower/tub combo and another with a shower and a sauna, providing options for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The main floor master bedroom features a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Upstairs, the loft bedroom includes a king bed with an attached bathroom and sauna, along with another flat-screen TV for added comfort.

• Our property has a no-smoking policy.  No smoking of any kind is allowed.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
