Welcome to Highridge I3, a comfortable and well-appointed two-bedroom condo with a sleeping nook and two and a half baths, located just minutes from the Killington base lodges. Tucked into the scenic Highridge community, this inviting retreat combines the best of mountain charm and modern convenience—ideal for families or groups looking for space and comfort during their Killington getaway.

The open living area features a wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area provides plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a Queen bed as well. A sleeping nook with twin bunk beds provides additional cozy sleeping space for kids or extra guests. With two and a half bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to get ready and relax.
Guests staying at Highridge I3 enjoy full access to the Highridge Sports Center, featuring an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness room, game room, and sauna. A ski-home trail is available when conditions allow, and a complimentary weekend shuttle provides easy access to the slopes without the hassle of parking.

In warmer months, hiking and biking trails are just outside your door, and the Killington Golf Course is less than a mile away. After a day of adventure, you can relax on the property’s serene wooded grounds or enjoy a quiet evening by the fire.

Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration on the SWITCH App that Guests must downloaded prior to arrival.

Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or simply to relax in the Green Mountains, Highridge I3 offers a wonderful blend of convenience, comfort, and Vermont charm.

Things to keep in Mind:

• Our property has a no-smoking policy.  No smoking of any kind is allowed.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• This condo does not have a TV in the living room. There are TVs in each bedroom. 
• Our property is not pet-friendly.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
