Welcome to Highridge B8, a beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom mountain retreat located at the base of Killington Resort on East Mountain Road. This spacious unit offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and resort-style amenities, making it an ideal getaway for families and small groups in every season.

The bright, open-concept living area is designed for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while the cozy wood-burning fireplace creates the perfect atmosphere for chilly Vermont evenings. The comfortable living room features ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, and access to a private covered deck overlooking the peaceful wooded surroundings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating for gathering with family and friends, and a full-size washer and dryer adds extra convenience.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and easy access to a beautifully updated full bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for families or small groups, offering a twin-over-queen bunk bed and its own renovated ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a free shuttle runs on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Located just minutes from Killington's base lodges, restaurants, shops, hiking trails, mountain biking, and golf, Highridge B8 is perfectly situated for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Whether you're planning a ski vacation, summer adventure, or relaxing mountain escape, Highridge B8 provides the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and classic Vermont mountain charm.

Things to keep in Mind:

  • Our property has a no-smoking policy.  No smoking of any kind is allowed.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
  • Our property is not pet-friendly.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
  • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
  • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
  • •    EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register. 
    Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
  • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
  • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
  • Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
