This inviting first-floor unit offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities, making it an ideal getaway for couples, small families, or friends throughout every season.

The bright and welcoming living area is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain. Relax by the cozy wood-burning fireplace, enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or curl up on the queen sleeper sofa with a good book. Sliding glass doors lead to a private covered deck overlooking the peaceful wooded surroundings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The adjoining dining area provides a comfortable space to gather for breakfast before hitting the slopes or dinner after a day of adventure.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and is located just steps from the full bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower. A full-size washer and dryer add even more convenience for extended stays.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a free shuttle runs on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Things to keep in Mind:

• Our property has a no-smoking policy.  No smoking of any kind is allowed.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register. 
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
