Kona Pacific E633 has just been upgraded!  This unit now has a beautiful new walk-in shower!  The guest bath has a bath/shower combo with a new vanity.  A new super comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room makes this one-bedroom/ 2-bath unit comfortable for up to 4 guests!  It is located in a beautifully landscaped complex in the very heart to the Historical Kailua Village area of Kona.  The condo has a washer/dryer and parking is FREE!  The designated parking stall is about as close as you can get to the unit.  The walkway to the building without stairs and an elevator makes it easy access to the condo.  Please note: new, updated photos are pending.)

The unit has 2 window ACs that keep the unit comfortable.  The bedroom has a queen bed.    We have made our condominium as complete as possible for your enjoyment while on the Big Island of Hawaii. Hualalai mountain is visible from the lanai.  it is quiet inside with the AC in use but you may hear some of the nearby traffic noise. This complex is a great location, you are right across the street from the beautiful Kona Coast Sunsets, fun restaurants and convenient shopping. You'll find treasures at the Kona International Marketplace, find local and exotic fresh fruits at several Farmer's Markets & sip world-famous Kona coffee where it's grown. This is a non-smoking, no pets complex.
