Ocean Edge Paradise in Brewster on beautiful Cape Cod Bay!
Located on Nickerson Lane, this Bayside townhouse is your home away from home, also providing free access to the Bayside Beach #1 and Bayside Outdoor Pool #8!
The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, private deck, private bath, TV and AC. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, private deck, private bath, TV, and AC. The third bedroom is on the main floor and has two twin beds, AC, a flat screen TV, sliders to the deck, and a private entrance to thebathroom. Also on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6, and a comfortably furnished living room with AC and TV with DVD. Sliders off the living room lead to a spacious deck furnished for outdoor dining. Additional amenities include washer/dryer, charcoal grill, and WIFI Internet access.

Tenants are NOT allowed to bring pets. Smoking NOTpermitted. Bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are NOT provided.

This property includes free access to Beach #1 & Bayside Outdoor Pool #8.

If you desire to use the other Ocean Edge Amenities (fitness room, children's activities, tennis, village pools, etc, you MUST purchase guest passes directly through Ocean Edge resort at the time of your arrival. A maximum of six (6) pool passes may be purchased for this property; additional fees apply.

For the 2021 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.

The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of amenities. All are subject to change without notice

Travel Insurance is available upon request.

Vacation Rental Policies


Payments Reservations before April 25th: 50% of the rental fee plus a $180 non-refundable administration fee. The balance is due May 1st. Reservations after April 25th: Full rental fee plus a $180 non-refundable administration fee.

Check In:

Check-In Renter must sign for keys in person at check-in. The rental property will be ready for occupancy after 3:00 PM on the arrival date. Renter is allowed to pick up the key early; however Renter will be required to sign a legal document stating that they will not be allowed access until 3:00 PM. This will allow Renter to enjoy their first day on the Cape without the waiting time for the key. If Renter will be arriving after 5:00 PM please contact Leighton Realty, LLC for late pick up instructions.

Check Out:

Checkout Check-out is 10:00am on the date of departure. No exceptions! Renter and Renter’s entire party must vacate the rental property and return the keys to the office not later than 10:00am. Failure to check out on time could result in a $50 late fee. For lost keys, a $25 fee will be applied. Those fees will be charged to the Renter’s security deposit or payment info on file. All Rental Properties are cleaned and inspected upon your departure.

Required Stay


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and only if rental property is re-rented. The $180 administration fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notice of cancellation must be in writing. There is a $55 fee to change the reservation after the Renter has confirmed it. Should the owner of any rental property elect to remove their rental property from our rental program, the Renter shall not hold Leighton Realty, LLC liable. In such an instance, the Renter will be relocated to comparable accommodations determined by Leighton Realty, LLC. If comparable accommodations are not available, the Renter will receive a full refund. Leighton Realty, LLC is not responsible for events beyond their control, i.e. inclement weather, natural disasters, travel delays, maintenance issues, national security crisis, etc.


Security Deposit If rental property requires a security deposit, it is deposited in a non-interest bearing escrow account required by law. Provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or other violations against the Terms & Conditions, a reimbursement check will be mailed within 30 days from your departure date. Renter remains liable for any damage of real or personal property of the rental property, which is caused during the stay and which exceeds the Security Deposit.

The property is wonderful and the upgrades in the master bedroom made our stay more comfortable - the bed is very nice. The teal pillows and foot stools were nice added touches. We love this condo -it's the highlight of our year and summer! Thank you!
