GOLF and POOL - This B-Style Billington Village townhouse is located just a quarter mile from the Arbor Pool, Ocean Edge's luxurious clubhouse and the Lynx Tavern restaurant. It is one of the few units of this size that allows you access to the Nicklaus-designed golf course, in addition to the pools, tennis courts and fitness center.
This is a lovely unit with renovated kitchen and bathrooms and A/C units in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a Queen bed, TV and A/C. Outside that bedroom is the bathroom along with the washer/dryer. The dining area has seating for six and is open to the living room with comfortable furniture, TV with DVD and A/C. Up the straight staircase is the open loft with 1 daybed with a trundle (2 Twins) along with 2 Twin beds, a full bathroom, TV and A/C. The sliders off the living room lead you to the patio area with outdoor furniture, umbrella and gas grill. Wi-Fi is provided with this property.
