Enjoy the view of the 13th green of the Cape's only Nicklaus Design golf course from this beautifully decorated and renovated Chilton Village apartment. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private bath, A/C, ceiling fan as well as a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan and TV. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is very nicely equipped. Of course dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven are provided. The living room has a  wall-mounted, flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player, a ceiling fan and A/C. Sliding glass doors off the living room and master bedroom lead to the patio; furnished with an outdoor dining set and a gas grill. Other amenities include washer/dryer, and WIFI Internet access.

Grill must be moved 15' away from unit when in use.

For the 2023 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
