The property offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, central AC throughout, TVs in each room, garage parking and outstanding outdoor space, it's a little paradise. On the main level you will find both bedrooms with Queen sized beds and TVs, one has its own private bathroom. In the large modern kitchen with a farmhouse sink you will find a Keurig coffeemaker, four slice toaster, water dispenser, automated ice maker. Off the kitchen passing through the laundry/pantry area you will access the fully finished basement. The spacious basement completes with a bedroom, a full bath, an office area and a family room for relaxing or watching the big game. The living room is set up with enough seating for 8 and the sliding doors would lead you to the deck equipped with a dining table set and 2 lounge chairs. The backyard oasis designed with tranquility in mind has so many things to offer you in addition to the secret garden beauty, oversized outdoor shower, lounge chair patio swing, outstanding firepit, gazebo and water fountain. The home is handicap accessible and has a backup power generator. 

There are many wonderful things to do in Brewster, enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in Brewster.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park with hiking trails and two kettle ponds with kayak and paddle board rentals.
Public golf is also available at the Captains Golf Course, a 36-hole public course in Brewster. Take in a baseball game by the renowned Cape Cod Summer league. 

Brewster is famous for the Brewster Flats, a phenomenon created by the ebb and flow of the daily tides when the waters recede out of Cape Cod Bay over 1 mile to reveal sandbars, clam beds and tidal pools teeming with sea life. To experience this at least once a day, visit one of Brewster’s beaches. From east to west these are: Crosby Landing, Linnell Landing, Ellis Landing, Breakwater Beach, Saint’s Landing, Mantes Landing and Paine's Creek.
