The main floor has 2 bedrooms, all with queen sized beds. Both main floor bedrooms have separate private entry to the pool area. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed. All beds throughout the home are brand new for the 2023 rental season and every room has a brand-new A/C unit and fans. All rooms are equipped with a Flat screen television of various sizes. Additional outdoor shower for your convenience next to the pool. There are many wonderful things to do in Brewster, enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, see Nickerson State Park (1.2 miles), enjoy biking and walking trails (0.4 miles), easy access to the ponds with available Kayak and paddle board rentals. Public golf is available at the Captains Golf Course in Brewster. Not to be missed! The Brewster Flats, a phenomenon created by the ebb and flow of the daily tides. Experience the waters recede out of Cape Cod Bay revealing beautiful sunsets every evening! From east to west the closest to the home Crosby Landing, Linnell Landing, Ellis Landing and Breakwater Beach. Saturday to Saturday only. All bed linens and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen necessities with Laundry onsite for your convenience. Smoking is permitted outside on grounds. Pets are considered. Submit pet requests prior to rental.
