There is a dining table with room for six or step outside to your private patio, complete with a gas grill, dining table and umbrella. It is ideal for morning coffee, a family barbecue or evening cocktails under the Cape sky.<br />

The main floor features a full bathroom and a comfortable bedroom with a new queen bed, air conditioning, and a television. Beach supplies are available in the entryway closet.</span></span></p>

In addition there is a television with internet access, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Drawers are under the queen bed for clothing storage. The loft also includes a full bathroom and a closet.<br />

This home offers the convenience of Ocean Edge Resort with easy access to Brewster beaches and Nickerson State Park. Guests can eat at the various restaurants at Ocean's Edge or purchase a sponsored guest pass to take advantage of the pools, gyms, and children activities. Brewster's famous tidal flats, pristine bay-side beaches, art galleries, and fine dining are all minutes away. There is a walking path from the condo to Nickerson where you enjoy bike paths, playgrounds, and kettle ponds. </span></span><br />
