This recently refreshed end unit in the Howland Village is tucked in a quiet corner of the Ocean Edge Villages and just a short drive to some of Brewster&#39;s beautiful beaches. New flooring, two ductless A/C units, kids supplies and a straight staircase are some of the highlights of this delightful unit.&nbsp;<br />

The first floor features a bright and open layout with the living room hosting a TV and seating area. A sofa, chairs and a gas fireplace welcome you to relax and enjoy the view from the sliding doors to the patio.&nbsp;The backyard patio features a dining table and umbrella as well as a gas grill for your summer barbecuing!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
The indoor dining area also seats up to 6 and is open to the kitchen and living room spaces. The kitchen has new countertops and is fully equipped including microwave, toaster and a drip coffee maker.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
The bedroom on the first floor has a King size bed, TV and includes a ductless unit in a delightfully appointed setting. Just adjacent to the first floor bedroom is a shared bathroom with a low-lip glass door shower. The washer and dryer are housed in the hall closet outside the first floor bathroom.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

The straight stairway leads to the loft which features two Twin size beds. A TV and full bathroom are also in the upstairs area. A well stocked closet of toys, games, kid&#39;s dining sets, cups, bed guard rails and coloring supplies awaits here, along with a Trip Trapp highchair! The convertible sofa bed in the living room has a queen sized bed for additional sleeping.<br />

This unit allows for guests to purchase passes to Ocean Edge Resort&#39;s indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, saunas, Jacuzzis,&nbsp; basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, fitness centers and a myriad of other activities.<br />
