Welcome to the Groovy Gecko Cottage on Anna Maria Island. The Groovy Gecko Cottage side includes a private heated pool (not shared), hot/cold outdoor shower, lush landscaping throughout and a grill for the back patio necessary for a great evening by the pool. In the garage, you will find a wagon and beach chairs for trips to the sugary white sand beach only three houses away where you can enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. Inside the home you will find 2 bedrooms with sleeping for 5 in beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a wall mounted flat screen television with cable. WiFi is also available throughout the home for web surfing. The master bedroom includes a king bed with a high quality mattress and wonderfully comfortable sheets to ensure you will receive a good night's rest and be ready to hit the beach in the morning. This room faces the pool area with an eight foot walkout slider so you can slip away in the morning and enjoy your coffee pool side. The guest bedroom faces the front of the home and has a queen bed with a lofted twin over top, allowing for two couples or a family with children to comfortably enjoy the property. This home includes one and a half bathes. The full bath includes a large countertop to ensure you space to spread out during your vacation and the half bath can be found by the front door for ease of use when coming back and forth to the beach or pool. Moving into the Kitchen, Dining and Living space you will find a fully equipped kitchen ready for you to cook, if you chose. The Kitchen includes many of the small appliances you would expect to find in your own home, plus table settings for 6. The island in the kitchen serves as the table to conserve space and includes 4 bar stools. The setup allows for easy conversation while preparing any snacks or meals. The living room is equipped with a large screen television, couch and chairs to relax after a long day at the beach or running around the island. From the living room you can view the pool through the slider door. Kick your feet up and relax after another day in paradise.
