The second bedroom does not have air conditioning and is cooled by Maui’s natural airflow through open windows, along with ceiling fans that help circulate the island breeze.

The living room and kitchen are also not air-conditioned. Instead, these spaces are designed to take advantage of Wailea’s natural trade winds, open windows, ceiling fans, and the shade from the surrounding tropical landscaping.
