PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
Guests have one space in the garage (small to mid-size vehicle) and one space in the driveway, both on the left side of the home when facing it. Parking on the right side is for Unit B only. Street/bump-up parking is also available if needed. The EV Supercharger is a shared amenity.

Bear Hollow Village sits directly on Park City's free bus route, with a High Valley Transit stop right at the neighborhood entrance. Beyond the fixed bus routes, High Valley Transit also offers free on-demand door-to-door pickup throughout the area. A car isn't required to explore town or hit the slopes.

A NOTE ON YOUR PRIVATE SPACE
This home is set up as a lock-off, giving you exclusive, private access to the entire upper two levels: your own great room, kitchen, all four bedrooms, and the hot tub. The lower level is reserved for the owner's personal use and is fully separated with no access into your space, so you'll have complete privacy throughout your stay. The owner is not in residence full-time, and this setup simply reflects how the home is arranged rather than a shared living situation.

LOCATION
Located in Bear Hollow Village, directly across from the Redstone shopping area (cafes, gourmet grocery, movie theater) and a short drive to historic Main Street Park City. Park City Mountain Resort is about 5.3 miles away and Deer Valley Resort about 7.2 miles away, with Canyons Village at Park City Mountain roughly five minutes from the neighborhood. Easy access to hiking and biking trails, plus a free shuttle to skiing, makes this a solid year-round base in Park City, Utah.

PET POLICY (MONTHLY STAYS ONLY)
We're dog-friendly for monthly stays! Pets must be pre-approved with a signed pet addendum before arrival (max 2 dogs). Fees: $25/night per pet (min $100, max $350) for short stays; $450/month for the first pet and $200/month for the second; $100 pet cleaning fee per stay. No charges apply if a pet isn't approved. Just let us know ahead of time so we can get your furry friend added to the reservation.
