Additionally, a scenic downhill walk leads you to Shorty's Stairs, a metal-grated stairway that takes you directly to the backside of the Spur Bar and Grill on Main Street. Parking and Transportation
Upper Main 3013 (301 and 303) offers two private heated garages that accommodate up to two small to mid-sized vehicles each, complete with electric vehicle chargers and ski amenities. Oversized vehicles will not fit and there is no driveway. Please note that RVs, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles are not permitted on the property.

For convenient transportation, Park City is serviced by High Valley Transit, offering both bus and micro-transit services. The "Micro" provides on-demand rides in custom vans, bookable just minutes before travel, and groups passengers traveling in the same direction for efficiency. Operating in Summit and Wasatch counties, it includes wheelchair-accessible vehicles and door-to-door service for limited mobility. Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $50 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $200 and a maximum charge of $700.
Monthly Pet Stays: $900 for the first pet and $400 for the second pet each month.
Pet Cleaning Fee: $200 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
