The 1st floor features a living room with a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen including a dishwasher, and a spacious dining area that are all open to each other. The 1st floor also features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and one full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals the master bedroom that features 1-queen sized bed and offers a great soaker tub (yes...in the bedroom!) with a spectacular view of Silver Lake. A 3/4 bath is included as well. Outside, there is a full length deck with a gas fire ring, a private hot tub, and a propane BBQ...all overlooking the lake! Without a doubt, this is one of the most relaxing getaways that you will ever experience! Now with WIFI!! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).</span></span>

WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee&#39;s actions and are well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.</span></span></span></span></p>
