<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Your family will have a delightful time making lasting memories while enjoying this unique glamping experience.&nbsp; A tastefully furnished and decorated cabin featuring 1-king-sized bed, an adjoining kitchenette with a bar fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and sink.&nbsp; Just outside the front door, there is a covered area with a picnic table...perfect for sipping your morning coffee or afternoon tea.&nbsp; There is a newly remodeled bathroom with a shower, wash basin, and commode.&nbsp; The bathroom is shared with the cabin next door (our Cabin #71MF). There is a small common area with a game room building that includes a foosball table, a variety of board games, and some outdoor chairs that can be used on the grounds.&nbsp; There is also a shared gazebo-covered cement patio...perfect during times of inclement weather, that features a wood stove, a gas grill, and magnificent mountain views.&nbsp;&nbsp;This monitored, pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) family vacation property will sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).</span></span><br />

Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee&rsquo;s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.&nbsp; Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.</span></span></span></p>
