Baker country home!&nbsp; The first floor features an open and airy living room with vaulted ceilings, a corner group sofa, and a 60&rdquo; flat screen monitor accentuated by a field stone encased gas fireplace.&nbsp; There&rsquo;s also a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and countertops, as well as higher-end appliances, including a dishwasher.&nbsp; The dining area features a large dining table with generous seating.&nbsp; French doors lead to a full-length covered deck.&nbsp; There&rsquo;s also a half bath and a separate mud room entrance for gear storage, accompanied by a full-size washer and dryer.&nbsp; Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-full sized bed and another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, both flanked by 1-full bath, plus a primary bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and another full bath en-suite.&nbsp; This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).</span></span></p>

WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee&rsquo;s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.&nbsp; Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.</span></span></span></span></p>
