Welcome to the perfect beach location. Enjoy beautiful views and comfortable accommodations at a very affordable price. Timbercreek 18B is a lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath condominium with stainless appliances, granite countertops, wood floors and wonderful furnishings.
We book weekly Sun-Sun during the Summer season.
Every room is decorator perfect - with a delightful blend of upscale cottage decor and a few special antiques for beachy comfort. Enjoy the panoramic Marsh view from the great room and screened in porch. Expect to see heron, osprey, and dolphins!
We think you'll love our screened-in porch with casual seating, bistro table, and Pawley's Island hammock, or our great open air deck.

The bedrooms (king, queen and two twins) feature wonderful pillowtop mattresses, and luxurious bedding. The master is truly a haven with a private bath and sliding glass door to the deck for enjoying the marsh view.
TC 18B is centrally located. It is a five minute bike or golf cart ride to the beach - grocery - restaurants. The private Timbercreek pool is steps away from the front door.
Our rates include use of TWO golf carts. All linens and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen. For quiet nights enjoy a great selection of DVDs, CDs and board games.
Our golf carts are on a regular professional maintenance so you can enjoy worry free transport for your Island adventures.

Had a great time. LOVED the Island. BHI Services was great and the check in process was easy. Tram drops you off at the doorsteps, condo is unlocked and waiting on you, golf carts are charged and ready to go. Got a courtesy call the following day from BHI Services to make sure we were happy with things. The only complaint would be the noise from the people walking in the unit up above. We didn't become aware of this until later in the week when it became occupied. But, the many positives far outweigh the one negative. I would highly recommend Marsh Mellow and BHI Services.

This lovely condo is tucked into the stunning live oaks with a magnificent view of the marsh. The property was spotless and is well appointed. There is ample comfortable seating in both the dining area and living space. The kitchen is well stocked with anything a guest might need. The beds are quite comfortable, as well. We all thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious limousine golf cart!

I can't say enough about this amazing condo. We loved the marsh views from Marsh Mellow. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Bald Head Island Services was great to work with. We are already looking to book for October.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marsh Mellow. Beautiful view and loved having the pool right outside our condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, the home was clean and when we had an issue or question about anything BHI Services or the owner responded immediately. We do wish the fireplace wasn't front and center blocking the amazing view, but would love this in the winter months. Either way, we will certainly stay in Timbercreek again.
