We had a wonderful time reconnecting and relaxing with friends. The house was beautiful and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on the island. We felt like we were worlds away, but we're really within about 3 hours from home. We decided we will make this an annual event to rest and recharge after a busy holiday season! Thanks for a memorable trip!

We had the best time! The house was stunning and was large and spacious for all 3 of us to stay in. Haveing the 6 passenger golf cart was super helpful and we cant wait to come back and visit soon!

Super nice experience had by everyone. Came just for a long weekend to run in the race. Very nice accommodations. I called the BHI Services office a few times and each time you were all very helpful, and friendly. This is a place we will come back to and soon!

We really enjoyed Off the Grid- the kitchen is so pretty and well stocked, the beds are all comfy and nicely decorated for a vacation stay. we loved the Keepers landing dock and found ourselves fishing there as a family every day, and you can jog to the beach in a little over 5 minutes and still hear the waves from the house. Staying in this area of bald head (cape fear station) is our favorite by far because of the beautiful maritime forest you are tucked into but still so close to the best beach on the island.

The house is decorated in a warm, beach style and was very clean and modern. It pretty much had everything we needed minus a couple beach towels and boogie boards. We loved our stay and would love to stay again!

Facilities were clean, reasonably stocked, as well as comfortable. I appreciated the large number of towels, blankets, and kitchenware, and had we stayed for a longer period, would have valued these even more.

Lovely home on BHI. We called it our "tree house" because the master bedroom feels like you are in a cozy tree house. Lovely decorations, comfortable, clean and bright. The 6 seater golf cart was tough to drive but overall the house and outdoor shower were a dream!

This home has the perfect quiet location on the island, while still being very convenient to the beach, the conservancy, and the shops. We also very much enjoyed the community's private marsh access boardwalk - gorgeous! The home was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and exactly as described in the listing. We couldn't have asked for more.
