The second floor is the living space and kitchen along with a half bath. The third floor has another queen bedroom with its own private bath. It doesn't stop there! There is a crofter located right above the garage next to the home with its own little oasis that has a two twin beds and bath. Talk about porch space, this home has a swinging day bed downstairs on an open porch to enjoy the salty breeze and the living space on the 2nd floor has a screened in porch overlooking beautiful sunsets.
