Designed with a reverse floor plan to maximize breezes and vistas, the open upper level features a bright living, dining and chef-ready kitchen that flows through a flip-out bar window and sliders to a covered screened porch and outdoor kitchen — perfect for indoor/outdoor living and watching the sunset over the lagoons and ocean beyond.
Comfortable sleeping for seven across three dedicated bedrooms plus a flexible fourth bedroom/office:

Primary suite: king bed, private lounging screened porch, en-suite shower.
Queen bedroom: porch access and direct entry to the hall bathroom with deep tub/shower.
Third bedroom: extra-long twin beds and large windows.
Fourth bedroom: office with dual monitors and computer dock, XL daybed and armoire — doubles as a bedroom if needed. Adjacent full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom-level laundry room with full-size washer/dryer. All bedrooms include Roku TVs; the living room features “The Frame” TV. High-speed mesh Wi‑Fi and wired ethernet support remote work.
