Adjacent to the gathering area is the generous kitchen, appointed with stainless appliances and offering plenty of counter space as well as a breakfast bar that also provides extra seating. Beyond the kitchen is the glassed Florida Room, proffering another dining space and sitting area. All of these include birds' eye views of the golf course and lagoon.

On this level, the home reveals four more bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath and deck access. The King suite features deck egress with ocean views. A California King bedroom also provides an ocean view, and the Queen bedroom affords access to a deck overlooking the golf course. The final bedroom is furnished with two twins and deck access that overlooks the golf course.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a gas grill, two six-passenger golf carts, an outdoor shower, and plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards.
