Two of the bedrooms open onto the lower porch, creating a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the surrounding maritime forest. Upstairs, the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together to create a bright and welcoming gathering space. Just off the living area, the screened porch offers a prime vantage point for watching spoonbills, osprey, deer, and even the occasional alligator along the nearby lagoon. The third level provides additional privacy with a fourth bedroom, workspace area, and a bathroom featuring new custom tile and shower glass. A newly finished crofter above the garage offers a private guest retreat with its own bedroom and full bath, including custom shower glass. Outdoor living is enhanced by a fantastic deck, storage closet, and outdoor shower--perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A Lifestyle membership to the Bald Head Island Club is available for separate purchase.
