The two floor home sleeps ten people comfortably and has three bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom with a full bed and a pull-out trundle. The home is completely open concept with a fully renovated kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, a gas fireplace, Internet, smart tv, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. An adorable bar nook was built under the stairway for a place to enjoy a cocktail. Other items that add to the renter’s experience are the foosball table, outdoor patio, and grill. This home is the perfect spot for families and small groups looking to be in the town of Ellicottville with proximity to all this quaint ski town has to offer.

also available in the winter.
*Holimont Ski Resort - is a private club that features 50 trails, 7 lifts
and over 3 miles of cross country ski trails. Skiing, boarding, hiking,
sledding and ice skating are available.
