Very modern, clean, fresh, and comfortable, it is located on the bay side of Coastal Hwy. at 12th St, , just 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk! Enjoy being close to all the downtown activities, but still tucked back a little from the main hustle and bustle. The townhouse has a first floor bed and bath, a garage for 2 cars, and parking in the lot for 1 more. There is a spacious kitchen to work in, and dining space for 12, with 4 TV's with HBO and Sports Premium channels, DVD, Free WiFi and central a/c, everyone will be happy! There are also 2 decks with chairs, to sit out and enjoy the fresh OC air. Occupancy 12, non smoking, no pets please. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00.
