This home has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 TV's, 2 VCR's, DVD, Wi-Fi service available not guaranteed, phone, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The unit is non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 14. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. ** Available for a group rental 05/30 - 6/6, and 6/6 - 6/13th with a $1000.00 refundable security deposit.
