The condo was just purchased, and the new owner is sparing no expense in making this a dream home. If you need to accommodate up to 14, be close to the beach and boardwalk, have an outdoor pool and parking for 3 cars, this is your spot! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV's, DVD player, Premium cable package and free WiFi. The condo is non smoking and animals are prohibited. This is located next to FishTales - a locals favorite restaurant/bar, and a charter fishing boat business. (note - beds in 4th bedroom= a bunk bed with queen on bottom, and twin xl on top, with a double size trundle that pulls out from under the queen.) Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00.
