With accommodations for 12, located on the 4th floor, it has magnificent ocean views, with lots of windows to let in the views and sunshine. Enjoy a large balcony off the oceanfront living room to watch and hear the waves, a fully equipped kitchen for family meals, your own washer/dryer in unit, 3 smart TVs (Roku and streaming services), free WiFi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Don't forget about the large outdoor pool, sundeck, plus children�s pool! Whether it is walking the beach, visiting nearby restaurants and shops, laying poolside, or a short distance to the Boardwalk or other amusements, this is the perfect spot for your family vacation! The property is non smoking and animals are prohibited. The building does charge a non refundable registration fee due on arrival. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
