Somerset @2nd 302- 3 bedroom sleeps 12, Ocean Front with wrap around balcony, on the boardwalk K, Q, PB, 2Qs, 4TV's, 1DVD, Free WiFi Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check-in, you get a refund minus $150.00. Within 90 days of check-in, the property must re-rent before any refund is given, and you would lose $150 plus 16% of the base rent.
In this beautiful oceanfront condo with wrap around balcony - your views are unsurpassed! The spacious floor plan will accommodate up to 12 maximum - for larger parties we do have another condo in the building available. The property features a full kitchen, laundry room, microwave, 4 TVS/ 1 DVD, Free Wi-Fi service available, central a/c and assigned parking for 2 spots a block away. Non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 11. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Oc Control#62428
