This charming condo offers beautiful ocean views from both the living room and dining area. Located on the 17th floor, it's the first unit off the direct oceanfront. The condo includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 TVs with a premium cable package, 1 DVD player (regular and Blu-ray), free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and parking for one vehicle. The owner provides a starter supply of paper and soap products. The building requires a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival. One additional parking space may be available for approximately $55. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not allowed. Mini-week rentals offered throughout the summer. Occupancy is 6. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products (beyond starter pack), and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00.
