This spacious 1 bedroom, den condo has been converted into 2 private bedrooms, living room/ dining area, kitchen and bath.(note - less sq ft then the 2 br /2ba condo) If you leave the bedroom door open, you actually have a good ocean view from there as well. This condo is fully equipped with kitchen, full size washer/dryer, microwave, TV, VCR/DVD, Free WiFi, phone, central a/c, furniture on both balconies, and parking for 1 car. Enjoy the outdoor pool and tennis too! Smoking allowed on balconies only. The building charges a registration fee due on arrival. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
