The 'Jewel of the Beach' – otherwise known as The Plaza. Enjoy this one-of-a-kind luxury building featuring an indoor and outdoor pool, children’s pool, a huge oceanfront sundeck with chairs, tables, and umbrellas, whirlpool, sauna, NEW outside bar and grill called the Jolly Jellyfish, open during the summer season, as well as an inside bar and restaurant. True oceanfront – incredible views from the living room and master bedroom. This upgraded condo is beautiful, immaculate, and the kitchen is very well stocked with new appliances. The unit is equipped with a 65" HDTV in the living room and a 55" HDTV in the master bedroom, all with streaming services Netflix, Peacock & Apple TV. Free Wi-Fi, memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms, and both sofa beds have pillow-top mattress pads for added comfort. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2020, with the master bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. There is central A/C, a phone, and parking for 2 cars. The building charges a non-refundable registration fee, additional parking spots are available for $15 per spot upon availability. The condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Occupancy is 7. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. ** We now have two dedicated spaces that are located along the ocean front wall on the south side of the building. In those two spaces are Blink Electric Car Chargers. These are level 2 chargers. You may utilize the Contactless Reader or Blink App to pay or use your Smart Credit Card, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay.** Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00.
