The 'Jewel of the Beach' - otherwise known as The Plaza. Enjoy this one of a kind luxury building featuring; an indoor and outdoor pool, childrens pool, a huge oceanfront sundeck with chairs, tables, and umbrellas, whirlpool, sauna,  and an outside bar and grill open during the summer season, and inside bar and restaurant too.  True oceanfront - incredible views from the livingroom and master bedroom. This upgraded condo is beautiful, immaculate, and the kitchen is very well stocked, and features new appliances.  Unit is equipped with Xfinity TV (3), with a 65" HDTV in living room, and 55" HDTV in master bedroom, 3 DVD's,  Free  WiFi , memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms,, (plus both sofa beds have pillow top mattress pads to make them comfy.) Both bathrooms remodeled 2020, with the master bathroom having a walk in shower, there is central a/c, phone and parking for 2 cars. The building charges a $60.00 non-refundable registration fee, additional parking spots are sold for $15 per spot upon availability, and the condo is non smoking only and no pets. Occupancy 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. ** We now have two dedicated spaces that are located along the ocean front wall on the south side of the building.  In those two spaces are “Blink” Electric Car Chargers. These are level 2 chargers.   You may utilize the Contactless Reader or Blink App to pay or use your Smart Credit Card, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay.** Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00.
