Property Description

Walk out of your unit and onto the beach from the porch of this 3 level townhouse. This 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse accommodates up to 10 people. The 3rd bedroom has an accordion wall and separate entrances for complete privacy (makes a great KIDS ROOM ). With great ocean views from the multiple oceanfront decks, its a great place to be with children - just run right in and out of the house! The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, there is also 3 smart TV'S, Free Wifi , Cable, Crib, and a/c. There is parking for 2 medium sized vehicles, or 1 over sized. Please note that street parking is not guaranteed. Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own!

We only rent to families and Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. NO Senior Week kids.

Damage wavier fee:
Ocean City Vacation Homes provides a nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee that will be assessed to protect you from accidental damage during your stay. Pre-existing damages must be reported to Ocean City Vacation Homes upon taking occupancy of property or property will be assumed as in good condition. This waiver will cover the interior of the rental property only from the time of check-in to the time of check-out. This does not cover intentional acts, theft, damages caused by pets, loss or forgotten personal belongings, or damage caused by any motorized vehicle. The maximum amount of coverage is $1,000. Ocean City Vacation Homes has the final say to determine if the damage is covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Guest damages not reported or damages that exceed $1,000 will be charged to the guest credit card.
