A comfortable seating ensemble makes up the living room, featuring a white couch and matching loveseat. The setup faces a flatscreen TV, convenient for indoor entertainment. The living area flows seamlessly into a large kitchen, complete with stainless-steel appliances and custom cabinetry. A granite-topped island includes four modern stools. A dining nook is located adjacent to the kitchen, where a table for four sits below a vintage chandelier. From the great room, guests can access an outdoor patio, which features multiple seating areas, a dining table, grill, and firepit. The outdoor patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal atmosphere with your family and friends. In addition to the living area, the first level is also home to a beautiful guest bedroom. This room includes two full-sized bunk beds along with one full-size trundle underneath and has access to a full hall bath. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second level. A master suite incorporates a king-size bed, en-suite bath with soaking tub and dual vanities, and access to an outdoor balcony. Both second-level guest rooms have a queen-size bed private en-suite bath. Besides the gracious living space, guests will enjoy the upscale amenities of this rental home and the Frangista Beach community. Amenities include a gated community pool and cabana with bathroom facilities and showers.
