The condo features an open floorplan, in which the kitchen, dining room, and living area all face sliding glass doors that open onto a Gulf-facing balcony. The balcony extends from the living room to the master bedroom, and has outdoor furniture. In the living room, a dove gray sofa and matching loveseat make up a casual seating ensemble. A leather ottoman, rug, and, wall-mounted TV complete the space. Tile flooring continues into the adjacent dining area, which includes a round, glass-topped table seated beneath a chandelier. Four woven chairs surround the dining table. Complementary woven stools are placed beside the kitchen’s granite bar. Use the bar for eating a light breakfast or serving up some tasty appetizers and drinks. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
