The other bedroom is a guest suite with a queen-size bed, cushioned headboard, black furnishings, a modern rug, and TV.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter.
