The second floor houses the main great room. The spaciousness of the room is highlighted by its high ceilings and recessed lighting. The room has a relaxed coastal feel thanks to the wood floors and muted teal walls. The living room is furnished with a chocolate-brown sofa, leather armchairs and a plush accent seat. The TV is mounted above the entertainment cabinet. The living room opens onto the furnished balcony on the beachfront. The dining area is located next to the living room. It includes six chairs and a hardwood table. The adjacent kitchen bar offers additional stool seating. The large kitchen features white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It also has a tile backsplash and sunny windows. There are four bedrooms in the home, spread over three floors. The first floor houses a guest bedroom that has two twin beds and a wall mounted TV. The room also includes a table, raised bar and chairs. The door leads to a shaded patio with seating. The second floor contains a guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a king-size bed. The third floor houses the remaining bedrooms. One is the spacious main suite, which features a king-size bed and a reading corner. It also has a TV, private balcony access, and a luxurious bath with a glass-walled tub. The second bedroom is on the same level and features a queen-size bed, TV, balcony access, and a balcony. Aqua Sound vacationers have easy access to many amenities, thanks to its convenient location in Destin Pointe. Before you head to the beach, take a refreshing swim at the community pool.
