This home is perched on the shores of a sugary sandy beach and is where vacation dreams are made. This stately home can host up to 12 guests and has five bedrooms, four bathrooms. There are three levels of Gulf-front balconies on each level. You'll never want to leave after a few minutes. This home has two guest rooms on the lowest level. The first guest room has a queen-size bed, and its own living area. The full-size hall bath is also available to guests. The second guest bedroom is on the second level and features two queen-sized beds, 50" flat screen TV and a Pac Man table. You can enjoy the tranquility of your own pool with a view of the sparkling Gulf shores. The pool is surrounded with a cozy porch and loungers, making it the ideal spot to relax, enjoy a cocktail, or just take in the amazing views. The second floor houses a great room which includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas. This level also houses a tropically themed guest bedroom that has a king-sized bed and shares access with the full hall bathroom. The living room features a tropical-inspired couch, two bucket seats and a TV. A set of glass doors opens onto a balcony overlooking the ocean from one side of this comfortable seating arrangement. The home's name is embodied in the aqua railing and aqua-colored cushions. This unique space allows you to enjoy the beach environment. The dining area is located on the opposite side of the living space. It features a glass-topped table and six chairs. The dining area flows into a bright kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a brick backsplash. There is also ample counter space. On the top floor, you will find an additional guest room that features a king-size bed and TV. The master suite has a king-size bed, romantic balcony and a luxurious bath that will make you feel like royalty. This beachfront home offers the most luxurious vacation accommodations. It is also conveniently located. You can walk to the sandy beaches just a few steps away. You will also find popular restaurants, wine shops, grocery stores, bars, and other nearby commodities.
