Perched on a scenic hillside facing the award winning ski slopes of Bretton Woods, New Hampshire's largest ski area, this StoneHill townhouse is ready to welcome you in its understated luxury. Just a minute or two from the ski area base and the fabled Mount Washington Hotel, you will love the location in the heart of the White Mountains, close to all the attractions that make this area such a popular 4-season destination: from hiking Mount Washington, Franconia Notch or one of the thousands of trails that criss cross the area, to sightseeing, golfing, and fishing to skiing, snowmobiling, and a wide range of other snow sports, plus the unforgettable memories you will make on the Cog Rail, at Santa's Village, or one of the many other area attractions. With so much to do, you'll just wish you had more time to spend here; and with our rates, which get lower the longer you stay, why not?

This home is one of the few to welcome you with the convenience of an attached garage. Step inside past the large mudroom to find an inviting open concept living area, with a large kitchen stocked with all the kitchenware needed for a delicious home cooked meal, to the dining table for 6, to the comfortable couches with TV and wood burning fireplace (wood not provided, but can be ordered for delivery prior to your arrival!). On the same floor, a laundry room comes in handy for those longer stays, and a convenient half bath - not to mention a nice deck with grill, where you can prep an easy dinner while soaking in the mountain views and the lush surrounding greenery.

Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms equipped with a King (primary bedroom), a Queen, and 2 Twin beds respectively. Each room has its own full bathroom - no need to share! - and the primary bedroom also features a spacious walk-in closet and a jetted tub with separate shower - not to mention, magnificent views of the ski area sprawling in front of you.

Head downstairs to find a second large living area, with sectional couch and TV with Wii. Grab yourself a book or a board game, and enjoy the walkout access to the backyard, a great spot for that lawn game or snowman. On the same level you will find 2 additional bedrooms, one with 2 sets of bunk beds, and one with a queen and a full bed, plus a shared bathroom. Internet, cable TV, bathroom amenities and linens/towels are always included with your stay.

*Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. Propane and charcoal grill or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Electronic noise monitoring is in use; the devices only monitor noise levels, and are 100% privacy compliant. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. -Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am.  Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee. 
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds.  Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property.  A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.  
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
