Also on the main level is a comfortable Queen bedroom connected to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with shower, along with a dedicated laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Step outside onto the spacious deck overlooking tranquil woodland surroundings — the perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. During warmer months, a powerful centrally located mini-split system keeps the home cool and comfortable even during the rare summer heat waves.

The lower level expands the living space with a private lockout-style suite featuring a kitchenette, a second living room with Smart TV, and two additional bedrooms — one with two Twin beds and another with a Queen bed — making it ideal for extended families or groups seeking additional privacy and flexibility.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more spacious bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom with shower/tub combination. One bedroom features a luxurious King bed, while the other is perfect for kids and larger groups with two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. 
 
Important: Some of the windows in this unit are currently inoperable. We are aware of the issue and it is anticipated that the windows will be replaced during the spring and summer months of 2027. In the meantime, the single mini-split air conditioning on the main level should sufficiently cool the home as long as the unit remains on for the duration of your stay, is not set below 68 degrees, and all bedroom doors are kept open to ensure optimal air circulation. 

Thoughtful touches including a stair gate, children’s books, and games make this home especially welcoming for families, while the flexible layout and generous space make it equally well suited for couples, friends, and multi-generational gatherings exploring the White Mountains year-round.

A propane grill is present at the unit, however, it is not available for guest use.
