Very tastefully decorated with rustic but high end decor, the home is warm and inviting and it's the perfect place for a fantastic ski vacation or a relaxing summer retreat. The open concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and opens to the dining room and living room with INCREDIBLE views of Mount Washington and the Presidential Range. Stunning deck - a perfect place to enjoy the view after a day of adventure! The stone fireplace and the hot tub are also sure to be a hit after a day on the slopes of Bretton Woods. The entire downstairs area was also recently renovated, and a pool table has been added for your enjoyment!

*****PLEASE NOTE: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (3 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Thank you for helping make sure that short term rentals remain a privilege all of our guests can enjoy*****
House Rules:
-Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized
-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-Quiet Hours 10 pm - 8 am; $100 fee will be imposed for violations
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-3 car maximum; $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations
-Groups with more than three vehicles or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $100 fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed.
