It is located in a sought-after community with a community pool and game room. The beach is just a short walk away. This elegant home is adorned with cherry wood floors and nothing but a Beachy Blast as you enter. The first floor hosts a game room with a foosball board, a flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and a fridge to keep your favorite beverages cold. A Queen bedroom and a full bathroom are also located on the first floor. They can also be accessed from the hallway. The Queen bedroom is nothing short of amazing. You can walk out of your french doors to the pool deck, which hosts a modern outdoor kitchen, dining space, and half-bath/changing room. The second floor features a full kitchen, living area, large balcony with outdoor seating, as well as a King bedroom with an attached bathroom and private balcony. On the third floor, you will find two sets double bunks and a full attached bath. The private balcony overlooks the pool is also available. The Master Suite is just across the hall. It will please! This elegant room features a King-size bed, a full attached bathroom with a double vanity, garden tub, walk in shower, and a private balcony overlooking the gulf. The Frangista Beach community is located at the east end Destin (Miramar Beach), and is the ideal location for your next Destin visit. The best part about beach living is miles of sugar white sand and clear water. This community has a wide beach front, so it is easy to find a spot to relax on the beach. You can also reserve your spot through the Frangista Beach service vendor, La Dolce Vita. These guys are not your average beach boy. They can help you with everything beach sports related, including bike rentals, jet skis and parasailing, rental of surf boards, snorkeling, beach-going wheel chairs, and even a floating adventure playground! You can also take a dip at the Frangista Beach community swimming pool, located in the middle of the neighborhood on Los Angeles Street. First Floor: Game room and Laundry. Queen bedroom with full bathroom also accessible via hallway. Second Floor: Kitchen, Living Room, King Bedroom with Private Balcony and Full Bath. Also accessible from the hallway. Third Floor: King Mater Suite, with attached bath and private balcony. Two Double/Double Bunks have attached baths and access to the balcony. *Add $50.00 per Day to Heat Pool (available Oct-April, if necessary) *Personal beach chairs, umbrellas and tents/canopies cannot be used.
