Absolutely charming! You will love everything about this oceanfront residence. Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front condominium located at the much desired Beach Club at St. Simons.

Unit #416 features a fully equipped, updated kitchen, combined living and dining area and updated bathrooms. Your favorite spot will probably be the large private balcony just off the den that opens up to both bedrooms as well.

The dining room table seats four comfortably and there are additional bar stools for morning coffee! The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, television, and en-suite bathroom. The guest room features two twin beds and another bathroom is located right around the corner.

The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure.
Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Are you here for the food too? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance – Crabdaddy’s, Crab Trap, Beachcomber and Barrier Island Brewing Company, just to name a few.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

We had a great first time at St. Simons Island. This condo was perfect for us. It was first time in a couple decades we had no kids with us on vacation. The condo was clean and provided what we needed. Easily sleep 4; 6 with couch but not sure I would put that many in there. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at garden, pool and ocean. Top floor was best! Our only trouble was parking. We had our truck which was over the height to park underneath condo so we were left with circle drive and unfortunately cars parked there as well even though it said to leave circle drive for oversized vehicles so we didn't always get a good spot. But overall it was a good location and probably the cleanest beach we have ever been to.

We stay at the Beach Club each time we come to St. Simons. This rental was very conveniently located (near elevators) and well stocked. It was clean, however, carpets and couches were a little dated which gave it a dirty feeling. Shower nozzle in master bath torn off. Little things that if fixed/updated could make a better impression.
