** Starting September 6, 2026 (just after Labor Day) through November, The Beach Club will undergo a roofing project. Vacation rentals will remain fully available, and the association has told us to anticipate minimal disruption. You may notice intermittent noise in certain areas of the complex along with temporary parking restrictions, while other parts of the community may not experience a noticeable impact.

Unit was clean, and as described. However, WiFi was very spotty throughout trip, if that is important to you. Also, make sure you bring shampoo, body wash, etc., as toiletry amenities are at a bare minimum, as many managed properties are these days, unfortunately. Also, asking guests to pick up/drop off keys that are really just keypad codes at a separate address seems unnecessary.
