Welcome to the Island! Real Escapes Properties offers this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front condominium located at the desirable Beach Club on St. Simons Island.
Unit No. 327 is a comfortable residence that features a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. There is seating for 4 at the dinner table and another two seats located at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a separate walk-in shower and a garden tub. The guest bedroom contains 2 twin beds. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located just off the guest room. Balcony views are the interior courtyard and beyond to the ocean.
The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.
While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance. Easy walk to Crabdaddy’s, Beachcomber BBQ and Barrier Island Brewery.
Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. See NOTE below. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

We love the Beach Club at St. Simons. This unit has a good view of the ocean. We’ve stayed in several units and love the location of this one. The beach is a short walk and the pool is nice size.

We have been staying at the beach club for many years and this was the first time at this unit. It was a great location and had all we needed for the week. We loved the price compared to other units. We do not mind the cosmetic issues at all, we love the beach club for the pool, hot tub and beach access. The only issue we had was the check in and out process. We would prefer check in available through online communications instead of having to go to real estate office for keys at check in and checkout. A combination lock would be alot more convenient. Also, the unit was not ready when we arrived.
