Please be aware, during the months of September 2021 through December 2021 portions of Beach Club Community will undergo exterior renovations that will create a noisy environment at times. The project will directly impact the exterior and some end units fronting the ocean, but work will be heard throughout the complex. Guests will still enjoy access to most amenities.

This residence features a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, and a combined living and dining area. The kitchen in this unit has been updated. All of the rooms have carpet except for the kitchen and bathrooms. This is a nice unit with a king sized master bedroom with en-suite and a nice sized guest room with two twin beds. The dining room table seats 4. From the balcony, you can see North Breakers pool and the ocean beyond.

The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the living area of Beach Club. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.
