Real Escapes Properties presents this two bedroom, two bath condominium located at the desirable Beach Club on St. Simons – an amazing oceanfront community.
This residence features a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and a combined living and dining area. The kitchen in this unit has been updated. All of the rooms have carpet except for the kitchen and bathrooms. This is a nice unit with a king size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a nice guest room with two twin beds. The dining room table seats 4. From the balcony, you can see North Breakers pool and the ocean beyond.
The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established, gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long-time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure.
Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and a business center with complimentary internet access.
At Beach Club, you are walking distance to some of the Island’s favorite restaurants such as Crabdaddy’s, The Crab Trap, Beachcomber and the new Barrier Island Brewery.
Parking is available for two vehicles under the living area of Beach Club. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

We really enjoyed St Simons and the Beach Club Complex! The pool was awesome, the beach access was easy and the whole complex was very easy to navigate and provided a great spot for our many families members to gather and play.
This particular unit (208) needs an immediate upgrade. The carpet is very very very old and there is a distinct smell (mildew? mold? grime?) when you walk in this unit. I was very disappointed that Real Escape would put their stamp of approval on a unit that is this poorly maintained.
Unit was cleaned (to the best of cleaning team ability) but the accumulation of dirt and wear/tear is my reasoning for giving such low reviews.
