Huntington by the Sea is a serene residential enclave nestled on the beautiful beach in a prestigious part of Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin’s Miramar Beach. This intimate gated complex is tucked away in a world of its own, yet in the heart of everything Miramar Beach has to offer. The five story building sits perched high upon a sugary dune with a prominent position overlooking the jewel toned glistening gulf waters. A large sparkling pool with a multi-toned paver sun deck shares this glorious setting. This allows guests to be seconds away from taking a refreshing dip in the pool after sunning to taking a plunge into the gulf or vice versa! A boardwalk with bench seating and stairs provides easy access to the beach below.

Huntington by the Sea 402 is a wonderful two bedroom vacation rental that has been recently renovated to assure comfortable accommodations. Since the Guest Bedroom has two queen size beds and the main living area comes with a sleeper sofa this special getaway can sleep up to eight happy beachgoers. The tasteful décor has a stately elegant look but with an eye for stylish comfort. Rich oversized tile flooring veined in colors of mocha and cream flows throughout accentuating the open design. A wall of glass doors frames the sensational scenery and lead out to the breezy beachfront balcony that spans the width of this Destin residence. You will want to spend a lot of time here enjoying the splendid views, sipping favorite drinks as well as dining al fresco since part of it is covered and comes with an outdoor dining table. The balcony is also accessible from the Master Bedroom that includes a full luxury bath en suite, a king size bed with a scrolled curved white headboard and a flat screen TV housed in a matching armoire. The Guest Bedroom is adorned with soothing blues and the two queen size beds have charming decorative metal framed beds. This room has access to another full luxury bath off the hallway.

The main living area has an elegantly striped couch with a matching chair and another comfortable armchair beside the balcony doors. This comfortable seating ensemble has views of the gulf as well as a flat screen TV that sits in the center of dark handsome custom cabinetry with shelving on each side. Artful décor and silk plants provide a tropical ambiance. The dining table has a simple but elegant look with a honey tone topped and six high spindle backed chairs that sit beneath a sconce chandelier. The kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances available for a family feast has four additional seats beside the granite topped bar. Community laundry is also available for guest use and is located down the hall from the unit.

This Miramar Beach location is close to popular beachfront restaurants, championship golf at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates and Silver Sands, the nation’s largest designer discount outlet. Fine restaurants, lively bars, free concerts and seasonal festivals abound nearby at Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf.
