Vacation home in Destin located a quarter of a mile from the Silver Sands Factory outlet near Sandestin on a private road, Casting Lake, and a five or six minute walk (or take the golf cart) to Tang-O-Mar beach; a beach used only by private homes. This two story home is patterned after a house in the French Caribbean with 3,600 square feet, containing a large, luxury king suite upstairs with Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk in closet, and TV. Upstairs has the study; great room with 42" HD TV and kitchen, bar that seats four and dining table that seats six. Downstairs are four bedrooms; one king, two queen and one twin plus a large great room with another 42" HD TV. All bedrooms have televisions. Internet is available at poolside or in the study.This home has a 32x16 foot pool that can be heated in the winter and one of the very few homes with a hot tub for six that heats automatically for four hours with the push of a button. Granite counter tops are in the kitchen and all bathrooms and surround the fireplace.With a large circle drive and a two car garage; one space for the golf cart, there is ample parking room.
